We uplift retail frontliners around the world
Because #RetailWorkersMatter
Let’s face the reality first

Only 54% of the retail front liners find their work meaningful
More than 40% of retail workers report being anxious at work.
ES report: Waitwhile, Retail Trust
What’s the Root Cause?
It’s safe to say that Retail Job is one of the most hated jobs compared to other industries.
A few of the many reasons include:
Pressure to achieve customer satisfaction goals
Last-minute schedule changes
Unrealistic Sales targets
Working long hours
Performing multiple job roles at one time
Disconnect between front liners and HQ
The Visible and Invisible Consequences
There’s a lot happening within the industry.
High Attrition rates
Poor employee engagement
Limited career growth prospects
Retail workers deteriorating well-being
Financial Insecurity
Work-life balance affecting relationships at home
Uncertain future after moving out of retail
‘Retail Front liners don’t need motivation. They need a solution‘
A better work environment
Enough importance for their mental health
Better work-life balance
Improved lifestyle
Continuous and lasting career growth
Last but not least, 'Respect and value they deserve'.
Our Mission
We are on a mission to uplift the front-line retail workforce around the world.
We achieve it by launching strategic initiatives, and micro startups and forging collaborations that are aimed towards the empowerment of the retail workers and transformation of the industry.
Our Ideology
We believe that if we have to solve the challenges faced by the retail industry and retail workers, we require an ideological shift.
We need to replace PESSIMISM with RETAILIZM.
PESSIMISM-driven ideology promotes Retail job as a worthless and dead-end profession.
RETAILIZM-driven ideology promotes Retail job as the most meaningful and impactful profession with abundant opportunities, growth, and prosperity.
We are W.I.C.E
RETAILIZM’s ideology is shaped by its values.

Meet the Founder
Rehan's Journey
Rehan, an ex-store manager, managed the world's number 2 store in Dubai Mall. With a track record of unmatched sales records and experience managing the highest revenue-generating stores in India and the UAE,Rehan's career was on an upward trajectory. He successfully grew within organizations and mentored numerous sales associates to managerial positions, all thanks to his excellent strategic skills. However, everything changed when his contract wasn't renewed because he stood up for his store and questioned illogical sales targets.Rehan's journey as a store manager between 2012 and 2018 was filled with challenges – achieving KPI targets, managing a team, preventing burnout, and dealing with politics, favoritism, and a lack of opportunities and recognition. Despite his love for retail, he began to doubt his capabilities and had sleepless nights questioning his choice of profession.During a break from retail, Rehan upskilled himself, learned about entrepreneurship, met people from various industries, and started helping small business owners innovate their business models. That's when he realized how limited the knowledge of store managers was and how they were barely scratching the surface of managing a business.Rehan faced a dilemma: should he rejoin retail with his newfound knowledge and make a difference, or should he aim for a more significant impact by helping other store managers transform their lives too?
The Birth of RETAILIZM
Rehan chose the latter, embracing his entrepreneurial spirit and starting a mission to transform the lives of Retail front liners. That's when RETAILizm was born.He committed to offering top-notch resources and strategies for store managers, empowering them to grow within their organization, outside their organization, or even by starting their own businesses. His dream is to create a world where no retail worker feels alone, or suffers from career stagnation, and everyone can grow exponentially.
